Overview
This project focuses on enhancing the interface and functionality of the app dedicated to the PATH subway service, which is the most commonly used and convenient transportation option for residents in Jersey City traveling to New York City. 

As the train intervals are slightly longer, users frequently rely on this app to query and plan their trips.
Solution

Based on the research I did, I responded every problems and made the solutions for each problems.
Impact

1. 
Following the changes, user satisfaction and experience both reached 100%.

2. 
The restructured information hierarchy led to a 100% increase in satisfaction.

3. 
The introduction of personal accounts received support from all 8 interviewees, enhancing the ability to preserve individual preferences.
